Threw this together in a few hours
I used GIMP 2.6 for this. First time I have ever used this program. Its great for being Free but I still prefer PS better.
This was loosely based on the "U.S. Needs US Strong!" Poster

[link]Might re upload with some lighting effects later, I don't have PS on this PC (the reason why I used GIMP today) and I HATE the Gimp Lighting effects.
Celestia is supposed to be slightly messy looking, that was the plan.
Also My-Little-Bronies Group Is going to have to wait on this one, Cant submit any more Deviations to Galleries today.
